How it works

It couldn't be simpler. Choose one of two ways to use the service:

Drop in to our London store — bring your boots to us at 2 Central Parade, High Street Penge, SE20 7TN. We'll personalise them while you wait or same day, and you can even film the process for your social media.

Post your boots to us — send them in by post and we'll embroider them and return them via next working day courier. Perfect if you're outside London or want the convenience of doorstep delivery.
