Where are you based?

We’re based in London, you can order online or visit our store for personalised embroidery and printing.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single item or place in bulk order. We work with individuals, small businesses and large companies.

How do I place an order?

You can:

• Choose a product on our website or supply your own clothing.

• Upload your design/logo or tell us what you require

• Approve your digital proof

• We’ll then get to work and ship it out

Can I bring my own clothes to customise?

Yes. You can bring your own garments for embroidery & printing, however not all supplied garments are suitable and you should check with our team before placing your order.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes. We provide same-day printing and embroidery for small orders, please contact our team for urgent same day orders

Can you print names & numbers on football shirts?

Yes. We offer football shirt printing, however we do not have official Premier League or Club fonts.

Can I see a sample before you start?

Yes. We can show you a digital mock-up or embroidered sample.

What type of customisation do you offer?

We offer embroidery, vinyl printing, ink transfers and DTF (Direct to Film)

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. If you’re placing a large or recurring order, contact us for a quote.

What if I need to return something?

Custom made items are non-returnable unless there’s a production fault. If you need to check garment quality or size we can supply samples.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit cards including AMEX and bank transfers, in store you can also pay Cash.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We ship with FedEx and DHL for next working day service (£7.50) and Royal Mail for everything else. For our London based customers we can use Adison Lee for same day shipments POA.
You can also collect from store Monday to Friday
